Yusuf has already scored two hat-tricks for the Solid Miners this season, becoming the first player to achieve the feat since the 2016/17 season.

He scored his first hat-trick of the season in Nasarawa United’s 4-3 home loss to El-Kanemi Warriors, with his second coming in their recent 3-0 thrashing of Abia Warriors.

Ahmed Musa (Kano Pillars)

The experienced forward recently rejoined Kano Pillars for a third stint, having left Turkish Super Lig club Sivasspor in January.

Musa has so far registered three goals and two assists in four appearances for the Sai Masu Gida.

Sodiq Ismail (Remo Stars)

The right-back has been one of the most consistent performers in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) over the past two years.

Aside from being a solid defender, Ismail has also contributed regularly to Remo Stars’ score sheet. He has already netted three goals in eight appearances this season.

Stanley Joseph (Remo Stars)

One of the fast-rising young defenders in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), Joseph is a left-sided central defender who enjoys joining the attack. He has been part of the Remo Stars squad since last season, following his promotion from the club’s academy, Beyond Limits.

This season, he has one goal and one assist to his name.

Ibrahim Mustapha (El-Kanemi Warriors)

The experienced forward has shouldered the goal-scoring responsibilities for El-Kanemi Warriors this season.

The 28-year-old has scored four goals in eight appearances for the Maiduguri club. He has played for some of the top clubs in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), including Enyimba, Plateau United, and Kano Pillars.

Mustapha also had a stint in Sudan with Al-Hilal.

Kayode Bankole (Remo Stars)

The 21-year-old has established himself as one of the outstanding goalkeepers in the Nigerian top flight in recent years.

Bankole has previously featured for the home-based Super Eagles in an African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifier.

Daniel Daga (Enyimba)

Daniel Daga has represented Nigeria at the U-20 level and was part of the Flying Eagles squad for the 2023 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations and FIFA U-20 World Cup.
