Achievers University Supplementary Screening Details
Achievers University, located in Owo, Ondo State, will hold the Supplementary Post-UTME Screening on Saturday in several cities.
The screening will take place in Abuja, Lagos, Ibadan, Ado-Ekiti, and Owo.
This gives an extra chance for applicants who missed the last screening or did not register online through the university’s admission portal.
Representatives of Achievers University will be present at the screening venues to answer questions from applicants.
Scholarship Opportunities at Achievers University
The Governing Council of Achievers University has approved a 100 percent free tuition scholarship for some undergraduate programmes for the 2024/2025 session.
The university aims to help young Nigerians access quality education, especially during these challenging economic times.
The scholarship covers programmes like Guidance and Counselling, Library and Information Science, Chemistry Education, Biology Education, Sociology, Procurement Management, Economics, Banking and Finance, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Plant Science and Biotechnology, Remote Sensing and Geoscience Information System, and Health Information Management.
Additionally, the council has also approved tuition-free scholarships ranging from 65 percent to 90 percent for twenty other programmes.
About Achievers University
Achievers University is a private institution established in December 2007.
It is the first private university in both Ondo and Ekiti States.
The university admitted its first students in the 2007/2008 session.
Since then, it has successfully graduated thirteen sets of students who are contributing meaningfully both within and outside Nigeria.
Achievers University currently offers 38 programmes under six colleges and five faculties, which include Medicine, Health Sciences, Law, Engineering and Technology, Social and Management Sciences, Natural and Applied Sciences, Nursing Science, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, and Basic Medical Sciences and Allied Health Sciences.
