Palmer made his Wembley debut in November 2023, defeating Malta 2-0 and earning legacy number 1276. The 22-year-old has nine senior caps, including five appearances at UEFA EURO 2024.

The 22 year old scored 25 goals for Chelsea in 2023/24, and his success helped him earn his first England cap in a 2-0 victory over Malta at Wembley Stadium in November of last year.
