The ex-minister, who was arrested by EFCC in May last year, will be arraigned on a 12-count charge of fraud and money laundering before Justice James Omotosho.
The commission alleged that Mamman conspired with other officials of his ministry and some private companies to indirectly convert N33.8 billion released for the Mambilla and Zungeru Hydroelectric Power Plant Projects by the Federal Government into personal use.
The offence, according to EFCC, was contrary to Sections 18(a), 15(2)(b) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act, 2011 (as amended), and punishable under Section 15(3) of the same Act.
