Two policemen were reportedly killed in Nnewi and Nnobi in Nnewi North and Idemili South of Anambra State by unknown gunmen, It was gathered that one of the policemen was killed last Friday at Nnewi town while the other was killed this morning at Nnobi town boundary of Nnewi.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
It was also gathered that there was a gun battle between the gunmen and some policemen in the area which lasted for about one hour before one of the policemen was hit by the gunmen’s bullet which resulted in his demise.
At the moment, the Anambra State Police Command is yet to issue a statement about the incident. (New Telegraph)
