The Lagos protester, who traveled from Ikorodu, hoped to see a unified stand against the government’s economic policies. He expressed disappointment at the low turnout after several hours, noting that the usual crowd was absent.
He emphasised that unity among the masses is impossible without mutual love and support. Out of frustration, he remarked that if the current situation persists, he might be left with no choice but to join the terrorist group, Boko Haram.
