President of Nigeria Labour Congress, Joe Ajaero, that of the Trade Union Congress, Festus Osifo said the positions of N250, 000 for Labour and N62,000 for the Federal Government still stands.

Recall that Nigerians, especially the nation’s workforce have been expecting a new minimum wage from the government, hinging it on the inflationary trends in the country.

They insisted that it was a discussion with Mr President adding that all the negotiations have been concluded in the past.

According to Ajaero no naira and kobo was discussed at the meeting.
