CNYCM General Secretary, Bilal Galadima, and the Kaduna State Coordinator, Yusuf Audu, in a statement yesterday, emphasized the need for a cabinet reshuffle to address the country’s pressing challenges.

“We urge President Tinubu to appoint ministers who are result-driven, visionary, and committed to the nation’s growth and development.

“The likes of Tunji Ojo, Wike, and Umahi have demonstrated exceptional leadership and should be considered for key positions in the cabinet,” he said.

Galadima reiterated his commitment to supporting the government’s efforts to address the nation’s challenges, but stressed the need for a more dynamic and performance-oriented approach.

He express heartfelt gratitude to three “exemplary ministers for their outstanding contributions to the nation’s development.

“Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, Minister of Interior, was commended for his visionary reforms and improvements, which have yielded remarkable results. His dedication to excellence has significantly enhanced the ministry’s performance.

“Nyesom Wike, Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), was lauded for his transformative efforts in Abuja, making the city a more conducive and welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. His leadership has had a profound impact on the nation’s capital.

“David Umahi, Minister of Works, was praised for his tireless efforts in upgrading Nigeria’s infrastructure, ensuring efficient project completion, and driving progress in the sector. His commitment to excellence has been instrumental in shaping the nation’s development landscape.”

Meanwhile, he appealed for dialogue regarding the planned protests against bad governance, which have created an atmosphere of tension and uncertainty nationwide.

He urged all stakeholders to engage in constructive dialogue to address these pressing issues and work towards a united front for a better Nigeria.
