The incident, which occurred in Lukaya Town in central Uganda, has left many people in shock, even as another fan was left injured.

It was the Gunners 4th straight defeat of the Red Devils and one John Ssenyonga lost his life at the Africa Restaurant after a private security guard opened fire on him shortly after the match ended.
The restaurant had, in the midst of the wild celebrations that followed Arsenal’s secong goal switched off electricity, ostensibly angering the Gunners’ fans and leading to confusion.
The guard then fired several bullets and by the time the air cleared, one person lay dead.
The Daily Monitor quotes a spokesman for the regional police, Twaha Kasirye, as saying that they had recovered the cartridge from the scene.
“These are mere games played thousands of miles away and shouldn’t cause discontentment among people who live and sometimes work together,” Kasirye said.
According to the medium, Premier League matches have a huge following in Uganda. It has resulted in violence, causing injuries and death in the last few years.
