6. A lack of exercise routine

Everyone should prioritize exercise because it is so helpful, especially those over the age of 30.

7. Not supplying your body with enough water

The healthiest meal or beverage that anyone has ever consumed is water. Maintaining hydration and staying hydrated are excellent ways to enhance the performance of your heart, brain, and muscles.
