This is the step on how to manifest and receive information from the infinite, from God, from your Angels, from your guardian Angel or from your spiritual guards.

Always watch what you’re doing the last hour before you sleep and the last minute before you sleep.

You already know what you want to manifest in your life or what you what you want to get guardian on.

For instance, if you’re asking or seeking information, let’s say you’re looking for guidance concerning your job, you should say tonight I’ll get information about my job, I’ll get guidance I’ll need for my job and I’ll remember it and then you sleep using that affirmation.

Or let’s say you trying to manifest something in your life, you should start by visualizing yourself already having that thing which you desire.

So let’s say you want a job, you will visualize yourself having a job or graduating from school or moving your stuffs into a new house etc. Whatever it is that you’re trying to manifest that have been completed within yourself is what you’re going to visualize. Be creative.

I want you to come up with affirmation, it could be a simple word “congratulations and it goes a long way to whatever it is you are visualizing.

Whatever it is you want before you go to sleep congrats yourself, then lay down on the bed and visualize one image and keep saying to yourself congratulations, congratulations, congratulations until you sleep off.

You’re actually sending that message to your Subconscious. The subconscious is taking your message while your conscious is going to sleep that way your subconscious is able to get the message much faster and more accurate than when you’re awake listening or thinking about thousands of thoughts.

Don’t forget to state what if you want the information you need either in your dream or when you wake up.

The best time to do this is before going to bed or when you wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.

If you can do this 2 minutes before going to bed, believe me your life will eventually going to change for good.
