The Premier League west London club disclosed this in separate statements via their website on New Year’s Day.
The two players are forward Ronnie Stutter and goalkeeper Gabriel Slonina.
Stutter was recalled from his loan spell at Burton Albion, while Slonina was recalled from his loan spell at Barnsley.
Stutter, 19, had joined the Brewers on a season-long loan in August but has now returned to Cobham to continue his development at Stamford Bridge.
Slonina had joined Chelsea from Chicago Fire in his homeland.
The American goalkeeper has previously spent time on loan with Fire and Eupen, in Belgium.
It’s yet to be seen if both players would make an impact in Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca’s squad in the second half of the season.
