Most fruits are healthy and full of vitamins and minerals. People with renal disease and diabetes, on the other hand, may need to limit their intake of certain fruits, especially those high in sugar and potassium.

When you have a kidney disease, your body can’t get rid of potassium as well as it should. This can cause your blood potassium levels to rise, which is called hyperkalemia. If this illness isn’t treated, it can make you tired, weaken your muscles, cause problems with your heart, and even kill you. Potassium is found in foods like bananas, avocados, apricots, kiwis, and oranges.

2. Dried fruits.
