Governor Peter Mbah has called for the extradition of Simon Ekpa, a Finland-based, who claims to be a disciple of Nnamdi Kanu and the Prime Minister of Biafra, to Nigeria to face legal proceedings. He urged the committee to begin the extradition process and criticized the Finnish government for allowing Ekpa to reside in Finland despite his negative impact on Nigeria.
Additionally, Governor Mbah advised the people of the Southeast to ignore Ekpa’s sit-at-home orders and threats, noting the harmful psychological influence he has on the youth.
