He added that his participation in politics has spanned over 30 years and emphasized that he is done with the APC.
In a post on his verified Facebook page on Sunday, Adabanija wrote, ” Once Upon a time an APC member, not just ordinary member but very active one for that matter.
“If you are in doubt about this information, please go and do research about who is Hon Adabanija Kamorudeen Oladepo Mayegun in the politics of Egbedore local government area of Osun and even Osun state as a whole.
“I don’t want to talk about the activities of over thirty years ago even before the creation of Osun state because many of the emerging political activists may not understand because of their age.
“Let me just restrict myself to 2014/2015 when the then ACN was metamorphosised to now APC. I have been active member of the party though not among the executives this time around like in the early 90s because of the place I am currently working and the nature of my work.
“Even at that, nobody except the mischief makers would say i am a Facebook politician.
“Fast forward to 2021 when APC was doing fresh membership registrations, I was fully in charge of the registrations of members in my ward at Ara, Egbedore local government ward 3 to be precisely.
“You may check the records from APC Secretary in my ward at Ara, my handwriting is there very bold and clear. Now I am done with APC. Bye bye to Jagbajagba.”
