JUST IN: Court Strikes Out Appeal Stopping APGA From Challenging Njoku’s Chairmanship Position

An appellate court sitting in Abuja has struck out an appeal filed by the National chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Mr Edozie Njoku stopping a faction of the party from challenging his chairmanship legitimacy at the Supreme Court.

The court gave the landmark ruling on Tuesday, 8, 2024.
