His mother, Kanyundo, says that she is tired of living. Now that she is 106 years old, she feels like she has lived for 200 years and is now tired and wants to rest.
Kanyundo claims that since death has forgotten her, she now wants to commit suicide. She says her only activity is sleeping the whole day due to her age.
She cannot stand, walk, or do anything for herself. Her son has to carry her whenever she wants to go somewhere. That’s why she says that she is a burden to her son, who also has other responsibilities to take care of.
