He said that faith is built on what you know and understand. If you don’t know it your faith will not be built and if your faith is not built, you cannot have access to the truth. He then said that Satan can only stop you when you are ignorant and read from Isaiah 5:23 which says, “Therefore my people are gone into captivity because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.” So Satan cannot stop you if you know because you cannot doubt what you know from God’s word.
For instance, he said that Satan will tell you not to pay tithe and give offerings because you do not know the truth. He said that poverty comes from fear and faith is the answer to it. No man can prosper without the word of God and no man can be deceived if he has the word of God. He then said, “Today there are many teachings by men of God who say tithing is wrong and people will believe it because they don’t read the bible. “Can you tell me that kind of thing now?” No way! I read the bible for myself.”
He then said that even some men of God believe that tithing is wrong but it is not scriptural. He said that anyone who said that is wrong because the Bible is what he reads and you can’t convince him of what he knows. A man of God can come out anyway and say whatever he likes in error. The Bible said that in the latter days men shall depart from the truth including men of God so it is happening now.
Finally, he laments about the fact that it is causing an issue where are there other important issues that people are overlooking. According to him, some people are complaining about tithe whereas they are still committing immorality and other sins. He said, ” You are complaining about tithing, what about other issues that God talked about in the Bible.
Men of God say stop stealing but no one is talking about it but when it comes to money, even people in the church like it. Then don’t pay tithe now, are you the one God is depending on? If you pay tithe or not, God remains God.
