Deborah and her brother have been living a lonely life. Sometimes, they sleep hungry due to a lack of food. They dropped out of school due to a lack of fees and food. According to the ten-year-old girl, her mother died after a short illness.
Barely a month after, her father left home, promising to return home in the evening with money to buy food, but that didn’t happen. One year later, he has never returned home. She goes out and asks people to help her with food and prepares it to feed her little brother.
A neighbor who became curious and wanted to know why she was borrowing money and food from strangers followed her to their house and narrated what they were going through. He started providing food to the children but had to stay in their house since his house is small.
They live in very poor conditions, and the neighbor can’t be able to meet all their needs. He is requesting people of goodwill to join hands and change their lives and take them back to school.
