Mr. President also approved the appointment of Barrister Chijioke Ikpo, popularly called ” NWA CHIEF” as member, Governing Council of FEDERAL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (TECHNICAL) UMUNZE, ANAMBRA STATE.
