Eligibility Requirements
Candidates applying for admission into Admission Programme must possess a minimum of five (5) ‘O’ level credit including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings in WASC, GCE, NECO or its equivalent. Other credits must be relevant to the Programme as contained in JAMB brochure. Furthermore, awaiting result is not accepted.

- Proceed to make a non-refundable payment of twenty thousand Naira (N20,000.00) excluding bank charges

- Upload Your Bank Teller/Transaction Receipt (100kB-200kB)
- Upload Your O’Level Result(s) not more than two (2) sittings (100kB-200kB)
- Upload Your Birth Certificate or Affidavit (100kB-200kB)
- Upload Your Local Government Identification (100kB-200kB)

Please Note:
- Login with your Registered Email and Password to print Attestation Slip and Examination Slip.
- You will change the teller to School Receipt at the Account Section of the Hospital
- You have to submit 1 copy of Registration Form, 1 copy of filled and signed Attestation Slip and 2 copies of Examination Slip along side with the photocopy of the School Receipt at the Principal Office on or before the closing date.

All candidates who have applied for admission into the Basic Nursing Programme will be required to undergo a Computer-Based Test (CBT) at a date to be announced later.
