1. Abdominal Bloating; this occurs when the fluid starts to build up in the abdomen, a condition known as ascites caused by the spread of cancer cells. Bloating can make your stomach feel tight, full or noticeably larger than usual.
2. Pelvic or Abdominal Pain: when the pain has no clear cause, that’s a red flag. The pain may start off as mild, feeling like cramps or discomfort in the lower stomach or pelvic area. Pain is caused by the growing tumor-pressing organs in the abdomen and the spreading of cancer cells to other tissues.
3. Difficulty in Eating and Feeling Full Quickly; the growing tumour presses against the stomach and intestine, reducing the amount of food you can comfortably eat at one time. Might be accompanied by nausea and discomfort.
