The Scottish International has had a decent time over in La Liga – but his time there is almost up and there has been alot of speculation in the media about his long-term future at the Emirates.

Now – Tierney has come out and revealed that he may never play for Arsenal again – and admitted that he would be open to leaving the Gunners should that be an option for him in the transfer window.

“There is every chance,” he informed The Athletic when quizzed about whether he had already played his last match for the Gunners. “Look at the squad depth in that position now. They have [Oleksandr] Zinchenko, [Jurrien] Timber, [Takehiro] Tomiyasu, [Jakub] Kiwior. Four players can play there. So if I go back and it’s the same as before then I’m not silly, I know the chances are I’ll be leaving.

“But you never know in football. You get the rare case with [William] Saliba, where he came back after a couple of good seasons [out on loan]. But you don’t see it too often with someone who has played for four years, left, and then come back to play again.

‘Stranger things have happened. I could go back and there is a place for me. So I’m prepared for both.”

Tierney is a solid defender and a player could add some depth to that Arsenal side if needed – but there will surely be a few clubs interested in him over the summer window and the Gunners could use the money to help improve the side in other areas.
WEST HAM

have always admired Tierney and will surely make a move in the transfer window
ZAHA WANTS MOVE –

It seems that Wilfred Zaha has taken things into his own hands to try and force a move to West Ham over the summer transfer window.

Zaha established himself as one of the very best wingers in the Premier League during his time with Crystal Palace and there was alot of speculation that he would be making a move to one of the big clubs.

However – the winger shocked many after the decision was made to make the move to Turkish football and play with Galatasaray – who offered him a massive contract to make sure that he did not stay in the Premier League.

He has bagged 10 goals in 36 appearances for Galatasaray this season and has looked rather impressive at times – but it seems that he is not 100 per cent happy at the Turkish giants if you believe the latest reports.

According to a recent report from KUMB

, West Ham

officials recently met with Zaha’s representatives in London. Notably, these representatives reportedly held no discussions with other clubs during their visit, suggesting a potentially serious bid from the Hammers.

Now, according to Turkish outlet Takvim

, West Ham are serious about Zaha and are ready to battle Aston Villa for the signature of the attacker

The report claims Zaha wants to now meet with his club’s leaders to convince them to sanction a move for him in the summer window.

However, a stumbling block could be Zaha’s contract. He’s tied to Galatasaray until the 2026/27 season and West Ham would have to pay some big money in order to get the winger.

Zaha should never have left the Premier League – there were so many clubs interested in the man and he really could have had his pick – if he didnt let money get in the way of his decision.

If WEST HAM

sign the player he will add some quality to the wings – but he is not the same player he was just a few seasons ago and may struggle to make the sort of impact that the Hammers would desire.
MOYES STATEMENT MADE –

David Moyes insists he is “comfortable” with his departure from West Ham and how it was dealt with.

Moyes was expecting to hold talks about his future after the final game of the season next weekend, but the Hammers announced on Monday he would be leaving when his contract expires this summer.

The club’s hierarchy have also held talks with potential successors, with former Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui expected to be appointed once the season is up and Moyes has departed the club

Many observers feel Moyes, 61, should have been shown more respect after four-and-a-half years in charge and leading them to the Europa Conference League trophy last season., but he has opened up and admitted that he is comfortable with his WEST HAM

departure.

He insisted: “Look, there’s a lot of things in football that can be done a lot better.

“But look, I’m really comfortable with the situation. I’m comfortable with the board, so at the moment everything’s fine. It’s football.”

“I knew it was a decision that I’d have to take with my family and we have done,” he added. “I’ve been away a long time from my family and now was the time to make that decision.

“I think it’s the right decision for both parties, for myself and the club and we’ll go our separate ways having had, I think, a really good four-and-a-half years.

“Do I want to stay in management? ‘Yes’ would be the answer to that. But first and foremost would be a break. Last year we won the final on June 7 and we were back on July 1. We had three weeks off.

“If you look at the amount of games we’ve played over the last couple years and the little time we’ve had as a break, I strive to work as hard as I can at every club and I’ve tried to do that at WEST HAM

as well.

“So I’m going to have a break. But I’m looking forward to working in the Euros, working for UEFA. I want to keep really involved in football. I really love football.”
