The group made their position knownin a statement signed by their Chairman Hon. Joseph Maiwada and Secretary Hon. Abdullahi Mudi Gumel, and made available to DAILY INDEPENDENT in Lafia the state capital.

The statement alleged that looking back at the PDP days of heist in the name of privatization, one would wonder what the man at the center of that heist is still doing in the political arena let alone be issuing out fake reports to make him look like a saint.

The statement also said that the group was worried about an elderly man like former vice president Atiku Abubakar, continue to cry over spilled milk more than a year after election.

According to the statement ” We are concerned that when one of our best brains is doing the needful as a loyal deputy to his Boss and practically touching lives, the man who was a disloyal deputy is doing everything to discredit such dedication. He thinks we are still in the Era of anywhere belle face.

” He is a black sheep of the PDP and he is doing everything to drag the President Tinubu to the mud even when they are trying hard to change the narrative.

“We reject such move and advice him to tow the path of dignity and statesmanship and take the back seat while Tinubu should continues with his renewed hope agenda.

The group noted that government of Tinubu /Shetima inherited an economy on a free fall but they have meticulously turn the tide around.

The group also mentioned some achievement that president has made in few months when he assumed office to include the redirection of the fall of naira against dollar, maintaining steady supply of petroleum products.

Others include: giving of business grants to over 10 million Nigerians, maintaining a steady relative security, healthy relation with labour union to mention but few.

The group further explained that there was an ethnic and regional card that has been used for a long time but that has been addressed adding that they are expect every right thinking individual to do same.
